My recovery is up and down. It’s a very slow process and I’m tired. I’m looking so forward to feeling great again.

Thanks for your kindness. I’ve had to really just let go. It feels awful. It’s not beautiful or inspiring. It’s raw and frightening. But I think it’s also like breaking out of the cocoon.
